I'm an art director, illustrator, and member of Local 800 Art Director's Guild. I work on features, television and commercials. I also design content and environments for virtual production. My work has been nominated for a Doc Emmy.

I’m also an experienced Director. I’ve had films in competition at the Sundance Film Festival and the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. My feature film Acid Horizon is on several streamers including Amazon Prime and Apple. I’ve made documentary for institutional clients ranging from NOAA to MOCA Geffen in Los Angeles.

Using my foundation in aesthetic judgement and execution, I have been working with generative AI, building custom datasets and LoRAs for an ecological data twin. With engineering and academic partners, I am developing a pipeline for consistently scientifically accurate, real time AI generated imagery of a deep sea coral reef. My role is AI Creative Director, ensuring success of the project as an SME. The project is at dsvh.info.

I hold a BFA in film from the Rhode Island School of Design. I live and work in Los Angeles and New York.
